ABOUT US
Welcome to Her Story Womens' Mental Health Services.
Anne Hofer | PMHNP-BC, PMH-C

I have been a registered nurse since 2009 in a variety of settings including psychiatry, internal medicine, and pediatrics. I graduated in 2017 with my Masters in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Through my educational journey, I knew that I wanted to work within the field of reproductive psychiatry and have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field over the last several years working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
In 2021, I earned my Perinatal Mental Health Certification which represents the most comprehensive education in this specialty to date. I look forward to diving into my work in the field of women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry in this new setting.
I am happy to announce that I am able to serve members of the armed forces and their families covered by Tricare insurance.

LAUREN STRUBLE | PMHNP-BC

I have worked in psychiatry since 2014, starting as a Mental Health Technician at an acute inpatient facility. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, I worked in acute, residential, and partial hospitalization settings with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing in December 2021 and have worked as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since early 2022.
I believe that the relationship between a provider and a patient is truly a partnership. Through education, communication, and collaboration, we will develop an individualized treatment plan focused on your unique needs and preferences for care. I specialize in working with transitional age patients (between 15 and 26 years old), helping navigate their mental health care needs while making the journey from adolescence into young adulthood. However, I do provide medication management to patients ages 13 to 55.
I am also licensed in Iowa and eager to serve patients living there via telemedicine.
